When work is mobile, processes shouldn't end at the office
Many business processes are managed digitally – until employees leave the office. On construction sites, at customer locations, in field service, warehouses, or production facilities, up-to-date order information, documents, or tasks are often unavailable. Updates are recorded on paper, communicated by email, or entered into the system later.
This creates gaps in digital workflows precisely where important information is generated. Working hours, services performed, and documentation must be recorded multiple times, follow-up questions increase, and the current status of an order only becomes visible to office staff after a delay.
